You can reach 132 Unknown Number information service via 11832 since 31.03.2007. The five digit numbers (that begin with 118) of company’s that will be given the authority for the service of unknown numbers by Telecommunication Association will be announced as soon as they begin providing the service.

Postpaid line and Hazır Kart subscribers can use this service.

By SMS:

You can learn the owner of a number by entering KIM , leaving a space, entering the number and sending it to 2222. The information SMS including the owner of that number is delivered from 3532.
For example: KIM 53XXXXXXXX

IVR System:

You can learn the number of a person by calling 132 and giving the subscriber’s name, address and city, or you can learn the owner of a number.

You can inquire about only 5 subscribers at each call you make.

Online Services Center:

You can learn the number of a person by choosing UnknownCell from the “Information Inquiry” menu on the Online Services Center and giving the subscriber’s name, address and city, or you can learn the owner of a number.

You can use UnknownCell application from WAP Services Center on wap.turkcell-im.com.tr and Digiturk channel 532.

For Turkcell postpaid line subscribers; using UnknownCell by SMS, WAP, kiosk, Digiturk and Online Services Center is 2 SMS; calling 132 via cell phone is 0,651888 YTL/min.

Calling 132 via Türk Telekom lines is 0,79 YTL/min (KDV+ÖİV included).

For Hazır Kart subscribers; using UnknownCell by SMS, WAP, kiosk, Digiturk and Online Services Center is 4 units; calling 132 via cell phone is 8 units/min.
