Corporate Applications:
Corporate applications must be done by the company representative. The company representative can apply through the Online Corporate Services Center, Corporate Solutions centers or Call Center.
Individual applications:
If you own an individual line, simply type in ABONE, leave a space, type in the name of the package and send to 2260.
For example: ABONE 50 MB. Your subscription will start on the same day.
Also you can start your subscription by going to the nearest TurkcellExtra or Turkcell Subscriber Center or by calling 4440532 Turkcell Customer Services or through the Online Services Center using your super password, or through WAP Services Center.
Application for use with your TurkcellConnect Card:
To make sure that your line that you use for your TurkcellConnect card can use internet packages, you must send the SMS through your Connect Card line.
