Documents alternative to utility bills

• Electricity, water, cable TV, natural gas, fixed line bill from the last two months.
• A bill for a fixed line, which belongs to the subscriber's parents or spouse, or a payment receipt issued by relevant service's teller evidencing the payment thereof. (The receipt must bear the installation number, address and name-surname information. A bank slip shall not be accepted for payments made to bank. (When parents/spouse documents submitted, for parents, a photocopy of identification cards, for spouses, a photocopy of marriage certificate must accompany documents).
• Electricity, water, natural gas, cable TV subscription contract. (Received only from applicants that are applying for the first time and has yet to have issued a bill. The contract must have been executed in the past two months, and must bear name, surname and member number information).
• ID cards issued by institutions. (Military Service membership card or certificate; ID cards or certificates issued by public organizations or institutions; for self employed applicants, ID cards or certificates issued by relevant chamber, union, bar etc.; a photocopy of the cover of health book issued by Emekli Sandığı, SSI or Bağkur; Turkish Armed Forces Retired Personnel Card.
• Other GSM operators bill (from the past two months)
• Credit card statement (from the past two months); Taksitcard, Bonuscard, Galaksicard and Webcard statements are also accepted.
• Advantage Card statement (from the past two months)
• Digitürk bill (from the past two months)
• Turkcell bill (from the past two months)
• Parents or spouse's credit card statement, Advantage Card statement, Digitürk bill, Turkcell bill (from the past two months)
• Electricity, water, natural gas, fixed line, cable TV subscription contracts named to parents or spouse (executed in the past two months). When parents/spouse documents submitted, for parents, a photocopy of identification cards, for spouses, a photocopy of marriage certificate must accompany documents
• Vehicle registration certificate (the pages which contain identification and address information)
• For bills that are paid via automatic bank order, the Bill Payment Transactions Statement (from the past two months).
• If none of the above is available; a deed of guarantee issued by a T.R. national (or by the employer company) for 1,200.00 YTL / 1,200,000,000 TL certified by a notary public, (Alongside the deed of guarantee, the photocopies of guarantor's proof of identification and utility bill shall be enclosed) or a letter of guarantee from a bank (must specifically state the reason for which it is issued, must be for an indefinite period of time, and should be for 1,200.00 YTL/1,200,000,000 TL).
