I hereby agree and declare that I am granting Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ the financial rights on the suggestions, comments and feedback I have sent to Turkcell-im and Turkcell.com.tr, under the Law no 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works of Art (FSEK) relating to reproduction, distribution, processing, transmission of these to public with medium used for audio and/or image transmission as well as its other intellectual rights resulting from brand, patent and/or industrial design so that these rights will be applicable all around the world and for use on radio-TV-printed and visual media and on electronic or digital mediums including but not limited to Wap, kiosk, mobile phone, for an unlimited period, without any charge and with full license. <p>I hereby agree and guarantee that I have received the said rights from the sub-contractors, 3rd parties owning the work and/or the right according to the 48th and 52th article of FSEK, with relevant contracts and for an unlimited period of time, to be valid on all mediums including the above ones/that I own these rights and that I will be the sole responsible party for any breach of intellectual or industrial rights resulting from the said work of art, brand, invention and/or design and that I will compensate Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ’s entire losses and damages resulting from this, including all the monies to be paid to 3rd parties and relevant costs.
